Winter (Current season tea)

Ingredients:

Winter tea:
 
5 Lemons 🍋
A hand of ginger
A hand full or turmeric roots
4 sticks of lemongrass
6-star anise (optional)
Propolis

4 sticks of lemongrass
 
6-star anise (your choice)
 
Instructions:
 
Squeeze all the lemons, separating the lemon juice from the lemons
 
Separate juice from seeds and the other bits
 
Add the squeezed lemons with the lemons bits in a big pan, add the chopped ginger and turmeric and lemongrass (all cut in small pieces, the thinner the better)
 
Place it in the stove in low heat until boiling, keep it boiling for another 10 minutes then turn off the stove and leave it to cool down
 
After cooling down, add the lemon juice and store it in the fridge.
 
When you want to have a cup, you warm it up and add the propolis.
 
Add honey only if the tea is warm and not hot, as heat will kill the honey benefits.
